Standard Delivery

Delivery charges are set out in your order.

Please allow 1-6 working days for standard delivery to metropolitan areas (or 3-10 working days for rural areas).

Shipping Policy

After ordering online, you will receive an email confirmation from Bridge Builders containing your order details. We will normally confirm receipt of your order within a few minutes of ordering.

Delivery is only available within Australia, and a signature is required upon delivery of all parcels.

Each transaction is eligible for postage to one address. An additional payment will be required for items to be shipped to a secondary address, please contact our customer service team to process the additional payment.

Parcels cannot be left unattended due to security concerns and protection against lost/theft etc. If you are not home at the time of delivery, the deliverer will leave a calling card to advise of the attempted delivery, and your parcel will be taken awaiting your collection.

If possible we will send you a tracking number via email and you can track your order via the relevant deliverer.
